We tried get in my unit couldn't get in gate. After one payment missed 3weeks got a let me know it seem like that they were going to sell my unit. What had happened my debit card had been compromised and they were one of the people on the list asked to be called to change the card but somehow or another they got left off the list for call and I am mediately when I got the letter I called and paid it and put it back on the automatic pay and now I can't get in my unit so we are paid up till November 1, 2017. I have called several times and my phone call hasn't been returned. So it was a little inconvenient this weekend because I lost two days of moving. But staff is always friendly and courteous when I talk to them.
